The ECM Group is a multidisciplinary engineering company that specializes in providing digital design services for complex and technologically demanding real estate projects.
Since the start of its operations in 2019, ECM Group has integrated BIM, cloud solutions, and green technologies to execute projects within specified parameters successfully. Our in-house expertise encompasses architecture, structural engineering, and technical building services, ensuring seamless integration from the early planning stages. A key emphasis lies in employing the BIM planning method and facilitating cross-trade coordination within the BIM model. Our portfolio features diverse projects including data centers, server rooms, laboratory facilities, and research buildings. Each project is developed, optimized, and completed in close collaboration with our clients.
Our participation focuses on the open discussion and exchange of knowledge and experience in the sector of planning with other GDA members to help to find solutions applicable for all planners and to increase efficiency and cost-savings in the process of data centre planning for every party involved. We will bring experience, knowledge and ideas into the GDA to help to broaden its know-how base and increase its attractiveness on the German market.
